The quickest way to contact Sync Music is through the official Discord support server. Use it for setup help, playback problems, queue or playlist questions, feature feedback, and reports about a server session. Include the affected server's name, the command you used, and what happened so the team can understand the issue without asking you to repeat the basics.
Server owners can also use the support server when they need help inviting Sync, checking permissions, or diagnosing voice-channel playback. Never post Discord account credentials, tokens, or other sensitive information in a public channel. The team will not ask for a password or token to troubleshoot ordinary bot behavior.
